PVR INOX has launched a new cinema format named 'PVR INOX SMART Cinemas', targeting the growing markets of Tier III cities in India. The rollout of this new concept began in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, marking the first location for the SMART Cinemas initiative. The model is designed to be capital-efficient, utilizing a Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) structure that allows for quicker expansion while minimizing financial risk.
